- Customers are responsible for producing their own artwork.
- Artwork must be submitted in vector file format.
- Full payment is required before an order is submitted to the TFH Site Direct Printing Department.
- Once we have received your artwork and payment, TFH Site Direct will email a proof for your approval.
- Production begins only after you approve the proof, and orders typically take up to 2 weeks to complete.
- By approving the proof, you confirm that the design and colouring are correct. TFH Site Direct accepts no responsibility for errors in design or colouring once approved.
