Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, delivery and product specifications.
Orders & Shipping
For most postcodes, delivery is priced at checkout from your postcode, the size of the order and how it is unloaded (for example a tailgate truck when there is no forklift). The price on the delivery option already includes those charges, and you see it before you pay. If a postcode cannot be priced online, we quote the freight before we charge it. Need it by a set date? Call 1300 834 447 before you order.
Yes, and pickup is free. Choose Free pickup at checkout and collect from our Brisbane or Sydney yard, whichever holds your items (checkout offers both when both do). The Brisbane yard is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We confirm by email when your order is ready. Please bring photo ID.
Yes. We deliver to every state and territory through trusted freight partners, backed by the TFH branch network.
Products & Quality
Yes. All our temporary fence panels are manufactured to Australian Standard AS 4687:2007.
Most of our steel products, including fence panels and clamps, are hot-dip galvanised, which stands up to the weather far better than paint or cold-gal.
Pricing & GST
Most of our customers are GST-registered businesses, so we show every price both ex GST and inc GST. It makes quoting and budgeting easier whichever way you account for it.
Yes. For big projects or volume orders, get in touch through the contact form and we'll put together tiered pricing for the job.
